Booking a storage unit at Yeti Self Storage is a simple three-step process:

Paying for your storage unit at Yeti Self Storage is extremely easy and straightforward:

Moving into your storage unit at Yeti Self Storage is stress-free and completely digital. Please follow the next steps precisely in order to get access:

  1. The day of your move-in you receive a text message that includes the link to download the mobile app and a 6-digit PIN to use as a temporary password. Please also look in your spam folder.
  2. You can download the app by clicking on the link in the text message or searching the app store for ‘Storage Smart Entry’ and downloading it just like you would any other app. Once the app is downloaded tap Open to access the Login screen.
  3. Please log in with your cell phone number as the username and the 6-digit PIN as the temporary password. After logging in, you will need to create a new password. (The password must be at least 8 characters.)
  4. When logging in, the app requests permission to access Bluetooth and Location Services. It is extremely important you select OK to both prompts. If you select “Don’t Allow”, the app and your access will not function properly.
  5. Please select the Demo Mode in the top left corner of the app to get instructions on how to open the facility door and your unit.

You are now all set to access the facility and your unit. Enjoy a marvellous move-in process!

Moving out of your storage unit is quick and simple:

  1. Notify the facility staff that you’re vacating or cancel your agreement in your customer portal.
  2. Remove all your belongings from the unit.
  3. Sweep or vacuum the unit to leave it tidy.

You’re done.

Yes, insurance is mandatory and can be purchased with Yeti Self Storage. There are 3 different offers:

  • Basic Insurance: Covers up to 2.500€ value of goods.
  • Standard Insurance: Covers up to 5.000€ value of goods.
  • Premium Insurance: Covers up to 25.000€ value of goods.

Only you, as the tenant, along with any family members, friends, or coworkers you designate with the application, can access your storage unit. Our security features prevent unauthorised individuals from entering your storage box in Brussels.

Yes, our storage facility is equipped with top-notch security measures:

  • CCTV Surveillance: 24/7 monitoring guarantees constant surveillance.
  • Access Points: Controlled access means that only authorised individuals can enter your self storage unit.
  • Security Personnel: Trained staff manage the facility’s security measures.

All our storage units at Yeti Self Storage are located indoors, protecting your belongings from the elements. 

Yes, this can be provided with 1-week notice time. Please contact us directly to arrange this. 

The minimal length is 1 month (Flexible Plan). The notice period is 15 calendar days.
